Refund policy

Once you have received the shoes you have 7 days to contact us regarding a return. We will then try to figure out the problem and if we can fix it. If the straps are too big/small we can adjust this. If the shoe is not the right size we unfortunately cannot replace it. Our shoes are made to order, so please check the size chart and measure carefully.
