As each pair is crafted by hand and made to order, please allow a 3 week lead time, plus shipping.

Once you have received the shoes you have 7 days to contact us regarding a return. We will then try our best to fix the problem. If the straps are too big/small we can adjust this. If the shoe is not the right size, unfortunately we cannot replace it. Our shoes are made to order, so please check the size chart and measure carefully.

Unfortunately, no, once an order has been placed, it goes straight into the production queue.
